I'm Emily, I'm 15 and this is my first year of NaNoWriMo!
I've always wanted to write a novel, since I was young, but with my very short attention span, I've always found something else to do and never finished a story, so when I found out about NaNoWriMo, I thought it was the perfect thing to get me writing, and also to teach myself some responsibilty!
I'm in my final year of compulsory school, and so I'm doing my GCSE's then A-Levels, and I want to take English Literature at A Level, so again, this is a great place to start somewhere!
I live in the UK, (wonderful wet Wales to be exact!), and I have a passion for horse riding, and I own a beautiful horse, who I adore.
I'm currently learning to speak Welsh, as I hope it'll widen my options in the future, and I'm also 're-learning' to play the guitar, because I used to play when I was younger, and I thought on impulse of starting again!
I'm a self confessed perfectionist so the no-editing part will be difficult!
I've managed to get two of my closest friends involved as well, to keep each other motivated, and to brain storm!
Oh, and I think you can tell that I ramble too much, but anyway, I'm really looking forward to writing this, and all in all, my main aim to is to get to know myself, and stay as sane as possible!
