Author bio:

What can i say about myself? My name is Natalie I’m a Canadian with humble upbringings. I work hard, and love to write. My hobbies had always included the arts in one form or another, whether it be drawing, music or reading. Perhaps that is why i ended up graduating College with a Graphic Design diploma. My interests has always been in fantasy and science fiction and even anime... k, i’m an anime junkie! (But their stories are sooooo good!) I have to admit now, that is were most of my inspiration comes from.

Currently I am working for a local, weekly newspaper where I use my skills from my course in creating ads, fair books and other print projects. It can be busy, stressful and frustrating, but I have to admit i take criticism a lot better now!

My love of writing has always been there, though reading seems to take a forefront most of the time. Somewhere in my past I though... i love these books, maybe i should write my own.... well from there i tried, though as a teenager, my confidence was lacking and writing had no secure income and I had to look for another career. It wasn’t until college that a friend forced me onto a writing board, a fan fic of Star Wars, where I had to come up with my own unique character to interact with others. Well, I was hooked and my writing began to grow and my skills grew.

Even now... almost seven years later i’m still part of that forum, my characters are still around and have become legends... okay maybe i’m bragging there. But it’s time for me to expand on the many ideas lurking in my head. So here I am, my second year of NaNo, ready to get another story out of my head and onto paper... computer screen.
