2011 Bio: Since November is 'National Novel Writing Month', but will forever be 'exam month', I was dared into attempting this ridiculous feat halfway through. Having said that, I don't expect this to be a good, well thought out novel, but gosh darn, I'm gonna try for the sake of trying!
2012 Bio: Well, ditto last year, up until 'dared into'. This time, it's all completely willing self-inflicted participation. Since I have a slightly better idea of the novel I'm writing this year, I should have two weeks to write it (unlike the single week I had last year after a week of trying to write, getting out maybe three paragraphs, and realising I really couldn't just make things up without any idea whatsoever of what I was doing). *Insert light profanity as per last year's bio model*, should be fun!
(Side note, as I sit here on the laptop, one of my new cats jumps onto my lap. I think I will definitely have a writing companion this year.)
