Born in a wooden shoe to adoring parents, Noël authored her first three stories before she was two. The unfortunate -- but startlingly brave -- medium choice of water painted on rocks precluded her stories from gaining a wide audience, but she nevertheless continued on the daring trek of Artiste-nee-Author. By age five her rubber-stamp phase explored the visual aspect of storytelling, but by age eight her writing talents were put aside due to the discovery that stories were not meant to be Written but Read. It was many years until several interventions and the reduction of her school library to the local Computer Game Room caused the troubled writer to turn back to the page.

But a low blow was struck to our beloved heroine when she was diagnosed with Conjunctive Procrastinatory Creationism, wherein her brain overproduced creative thoughts while simultaneously constraining the ability to develop them.

With support of friends and family, however, Noël enrolled in the experimental therapy program of National Novel Writing Month in 2010 and experienced extreme - if exhaustive - movement towards recovery and began attending meetings of her local Authors Anonymous chapter. She hopes to continue her progress in learning to live with and embrace her CPC during NaNoWriMo in 2011.

She hopes you will join her in raising awareness of all those that suffer from Conjunctive Procrastinatory Creationism. It never gets better, but nobody else has it this good.
