For NaNo 2004 I wrote my very first novel-length story. I hit 50,000 words somewhere around the epilogue, and I was highly pleased with myself. In 2007, I wrote what would become my first published novel "On the Air." Since then, I've had several novels published (including World on Fire and Wolf at the Door, which were written during NaNo!) and I still can't resist the draw of this amazing group effort.
