My name is Brooke Morris, I am fourteen years old, and I am an amateur writer. My mother, Catherine Olen, is a published author and has written the books The Upside of Undertaking and The Final Curtain: Celebrity Deaths. She has inspired me to put my imagination on paper and create worlds in my writing that are not possible elsewhere. Writing to me is one of few really effective outlets to express emotion and deal with my own problems. I feel like I'm really creating when I am writing because I have complete controll over the characters, where they go, and what they do.

I found this site through my parents and decided it was the right route to take with my writing. I love writing, but my main problem is that I can never finish any storyline that I start. I hope that this site will help me finally find the story that I finish and see through to the end. Have fun and happy writing!
