Spent rather a long time writing a whole host of funny/sad/weird things for friends and competitions, but never actually done this, despite knowing lots of people who have. Now that I've become a proper grown-up, I've signed up to do this. What gives?
Aside from having shilly-shallied with online writing before: done slightly too many post-grad qualifications after my first English degree. Have had a poem or two published, but now trying to take this whole thing (a bit) seriously. Started work this autumn in a super-fun job, so now just adding to my fun, I suppose!
