I am an 18 year old girl attending Case Western Reserve University. I grew up in Pennsylvania around Pittsburgh and went to high school at Shaler Area school district. I enjoy math and computers a great deal and have focused my classes in those areas. I play video games quite a lot as well and spend much of my free time on the computer. I've always had stories going through my mind, influenced by much of what I play, read, and experience. I constantly daydream and make up my own stories and have tried to write down my ideas but often lose interest or motivation, so I hope to use NaNoWriMo to stay motivated about writing my story. My current story idea is heavily inspired by a number of horror sources that I've been enjoying recently, with most notably being the book "House of Leaves", the numerous internet series in the Slenderman mythos, as well as the horror game Amenesia: the Dark Descent.
