I work in a place filled with books, so I guess it's natural for me to want to write down my own stories as well. I love getting immersed in new worlds, whether something created by others or something I've created myself. Still, for me, the best things about writing are the characters. A great plot is nothing without memorable characters.

Most of the stuff I've written over the years has been fanfiction, but I haven't given up on original writing. There are stories waiting to be told inside my head, but I guess I'm saving those for later. This year, I'm going to be a hedonist and write fanfic.
