I've been a writer most of my life and I decided to take the plunge this year to shut my internal editor and just write. I primarily write poetry and fiction, but with the advent of my blog in the past year, I've taken to writing personal essays as well. I've had an idea in my head for another novel for a while now, but haven't taken the time to write it. Now is as good a time as as any!
