Hello! You've reached JesterfieldGrimm's answering machine, please leave a message after the impending skeleton attack.

Greetings. I generally call myself Jesterfield Grimm and a humbly thank you for viewing my profile. As you can see from the above, I'm 28, located in Honolulu, HI, and I have a varying range of activities that I enjoy when I'm not at my work, which unfortunately consumes a lot of my life at the current point and time. I enjoy lots of things and many types of people, I'm not very picky in nature but I do tend to let my opinions be known to those who I think would listen. I tend to see things in gray but can understand both the black and white point of view.

I did NaNoWriMo in 2009 and won! It was a great experience with something that I really wanted to do for a long time and just never had the time too. 2009 was a great year to experience NaNoWriMo as I found myself suddenly out of the US Army (I fractured bones and they sent me home) and unemployed. With all that time on my hands I could concentrate and have fun doing it. I still have that half-novel lying around somewhere...I've been meaning to pick it up and finish it but alas, reality checked me and I haven't written a thing since 2009. While writing is fun and important, finding a steady job was much, much more.

2010 NaNoWriMo I had to skip, there was no way I was going to even come close to being able to participate. It was a sharp contrast to last year, I started a new, all inclusive and serious job on November 1st 2010 of all times. With that going on I had to unfortunately bow out and my dream of having a NaNoWriMo winning streak was put on hold. Woe to you 2010 NaNoWriMo, you were a friend I barely knew!

Which brings me to 2011. I'm still at the all inclusive job which eats up just about ALL of my time when I'm not sleeping. A few days ago I was reminded that after October comes November and in November is NaNoWriMo. This year I'm going to attempt it while at my job, which means really a varying amount of things. Hopefully I can balance the two and still come out a winner, but with so little free time and so much other things to prepare for...will it happen?

This magic 8 ball says to try again later. Damn you 8 ball, reveal your secrets!

In closing, Praise The Sun +2
