Author bio:
I arrived in San Francisco from Wales (via London and Zurich) in January 2010, therefore am one of the many transient San Franciscans that populate the city – although I realize that even people who've been here for 12 years say "just 12 years," as if they've only just arrived.
Currently struggling with writing my novel in British English because the subject matter is very British and it would be wrong to say "organize" and "sidewalk". I wish I didn't have so many of those jagged red underlines on so many words – thanks, American English spellcheck.
