Author bio:
This is my 6th year of NaNo and when I win this year it'll be 4 wins in a row!
About me bios are usually stuffy and boring so here's the real story (in my stream of consciousness):
I'm Kelly and so looking forward to a month of NOT traveling after going to Boston, Sedona, LA, New York three times, and Ft. Lauderdale in the last year.
Most of the time I'm writing for my business consulting for online companies. This last year I've also been published and or featured in Forbes, US News, the New York Times, Inc, Huffington Post and a slew of other smaller publications. Now I'm excited to go back into fiction where logic doesn't have to exist and I can make up a lot more sh*t.
My constant writing companions are the three mutts who live at home: Wilson, Jackson and Nixon (my dogs).
Fiction is fun for me because my brain is never quiet. I'm always dreaming, thinking, playing with 'what ifs' and need to get that out so I can sleep at night. Sometimes I dream about new plots, or solutions for my clients.
The past two years I've written a two part novel "Crime and Family: Just Another Thanksgiving" which was a blast to write, publish and read. It's currently being edited so I can re-release it.
Now, let's talk bribes. They're amazing. Keep you going when you just want to quit.
