Born in Nevada City, CA, have lived in Oxnard, CA, Doylestown, Pa, Mehoopany, Pa., Beaufort, SC, Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ, Shrewsbury, WV, and have finally settled in Charleston, WV. I moved a LOT and learned that friends on paper can always travel with you. I remember writing in first or second grade, and writing actual stories by fifth grade. I find it hard to expose my soul in person, and used my writing to 'voice' all that my mouth couldn't say. I have been published in two large magazines, several small presses, and in my local paper. When I grow up (or at least before dementia settles in), I hope to publish the Great American Novel. My 9 to 5 is as a Social Service Intake Worker for a social service ministry.
In 2009, I have retired and moved to Amarillo, TX be near my son and his growing family. I have to tell you, grandbabies are definately the icing on life's cake!
