Author bio:
I'm Leigh, although my friends affectionately nicknamed me 'Rainbow' so you can go with that too if you like :) I'm a student at the University of Lincoln - studying criminology and November is set to be an insanely busy month, uni wise so this should be interesting! I love new languages and I'm currently attempting to learn both Russian and Italian. I'm fluent in English (obviously :p), Spanish, French, German and Bulgarian.
I love American tv, and I spend an insane amount of time fangirling over the show Castle. If you read this and equally love it, then please shoot me a nanomail because I'd love to fangirl with you :P I'm getting sidetracked though, and I watch an insane amount of shows - if you're curious again, nanomail me ;) I also love sports - particularly football, formula 1 racing and track cycling, and I play the piano. I'm a complete and utter comic geek too, so you have been warned ;)
This will be my fifth year doing NaNoWriMo and hopefully I'm going for a hat-trick win. Unlike previous years I don't really know what I'm doing. Usually I'm meticulously planned by now - as it is I have 3 plot Charizards battling for their story to be told. And a muse that's abandoned me (because she saw the pile of Uni work that needs doing...xD)
Typically during November you'll find me bundled up in a giant hoodie; massive headphones in and surrounded by cups of tea and screwed up paper. More often than not, you can catch me deep in conversation with either the dog, or myself. When out and about I'm that girl tucked away in the corner of the coffee-shop, tapping away furiously at her laptop! If you see me come say hi ;)
