- I listening mostly stuff from the Top 40 on Itunes because I am your stereotypical teenage girl. It doesn't really matter anyways because I just listen to one song on repeat and tune it out, but sometimes I'll listen to music that goes well with the scene I'm writing particularly when I'm writing intense scenes or scenes I'm having trouble writing.

Hi I'm Liz and I'm a high school freshman, with hopes to become a high school English teacher and of course an author! My current goal is to keep my grades up, so I can go to University of Chicago but my second choice is University of Michigan. I'm going to double major in English and Music and minor in psychology. I play clarinet in my high school's symphony (upperclassmen) band and I'm the only freshman! But I'm not very good, but you know with practice I will be eventually!! My favourite school subject is English and when I say favourite, I mean it. I absolutely love English class and practically every assignment were given, hence my career choice! My favourite author is John Green even though I've only read one of his books so far. He is such a nice guy and definitely an inspiration to me. I love his voice in his novels!
This is my first year of Nano and my first time trying to write a book since like 7th grade, but I have been loving my first year of Honours English and it's really inspired me to write again. I've been experimenting with 3 or 4 different plots and I think I have found the one I'm most excited about. The scary part is usually when I write I have to have an outline and know what I want to happen next every step if the way, but this time all I have is a main character, somewhat of a plot idea, and not enough time to get it done, but atlas I will!! I'm so excited and I really want to get to 50,000, even though right now it seems impossible, I'm totally determined to finish!
