Hello, my name is Madeline Allie, I have been writing in journals since 1999 and my love of books carried over from my countless hours spent at the library. Writing is truly another extension of myself; I have placed so much of my life into my own stories. Those stories have gone unfinished for many years though I have kept as many of the story ideas that I wrote down in a folder. This is my reasoning for beginning with this program to finally work on finishing a story because it may, in fact, lead me to complete the other stories I have written. With all the things going on in my life right now I wish to keep the parts of me, which make me who I am, intact. I said before that writing is another extension of myself and those words cannot begin to explain the bond I share with my pieces. Some stories have helped me to discover how I feel about a situation, my own little brand of self-psychology. Other stories simply allow me to express things that I may not say in reality but I wish I could. Each time I write I pour a bit of myself into it; some characteristic of myself whether it be a flaw or strength, a physical characteristic, a friend, a family member, a situation that I am experiencing, a dream, or even an odd conversation. I would love to share my visions with the world, though I have hesitated, because there is something that people can understand about me through my writing because it is so personal. I hope that you enjoy my work as much as I have enjoyed working on it.
