Author bio:
I'm a 25-year-old newspaper reporter currently living in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Before moving to the Nutmeg state, I lived in four states in a year-and-a-half (Virginia, New York, Alabama, Pennsylvania) chasing the illusive dream of being paid to write. It finally worked out.
Now I get to write something every day, which has been a dream of mine since the first time I picked up a finger-grip wrapped No. 2 pencil at the ripe old age of three, and attempted to spell my full name. Curse my parents for choosing a name with letter repetition. I was five before I stopped spelling it Margargaret. Too many ar’s.
This will be my first year participating in NaNoWriMo, though I've written a total of 10 unpublished novels. The first was a 500-page tome, which I wrote in eighth grade. I've tried to write an average of one per year since then, but with a full-time job and rush-hour traffic, I've fallen out of my groove lately. I'm hoping this will bring me back!
