I am a full time mom and love it, most days. Writing a novel has always been a dream, but I have come to the conclusion that the desire to write a novel does not mean one can write a novel. Thus, I am writing this month in order to determine if I can in fact write. I do not endeavor to write for the sake of just writing, but to find out if I can write anything worth reading...

I wrote that last paragraph Nov 2011 and did not even make it close to my goal of 50k words. But here it is Nov 1, 2012. What a difference 1 year can make. I went to an ACFW conference and discovered that I was born a writer and that I can write! I will be submitting my work to the ACFW new writers contests, First Impressions and Genesis. It is my hope that the work I do allows others to see, in a tangible way, that God is far more than a concept or an energy to be manipulated by humans.
