Born in Iowa, homeschooled, finished undergrad obtaining two degrees in music and the best wife in the world! Now going to grad school in Duluth, Minnesota. I've been a writer all my life, be it music or fiction. I organized a local survivor style writing competition based off of the Redwall series in high school, and called it Castaways. Participants ranged in age from 10-17, and the basic idea was each author had two characters, and every week, 2 characters would get voted off and die. The event was so successful, a second, bigger, Castaways Competition was held. Turned out to be some of the best weeks of my life. I'm currently writing my fantasy novel, Terra Fluxa.
