Hello again,

well I did Nano last year after threatening to write a novel for years and go me I won! Yes I was a winner - do the happy happy dance of writerly joy.

My husband Lord love him was so happy to have me back and to have someone share childrearing duties with that he went and got himself all over excited and me pregnant. I was going to say in a big way but I'm pretty sure you can't be pregnant in a little way

Anyway, this time around I've got a 5 year old, a 2 year old and a 6 week old to contend with, some bright spark has scheduled half term in the first week of November and my kids seem to all think that sleep is for the weak.

I don't know how I'm going to manage to write everyday, to be honest with you I'm still getting to grips with fitting in a shower for me everyday, what with learning the new routines and operting on caffine alone. But I'm going to give nano a damn good go because I've tried telling myself I can always do it next year etc and the thought of not getting a winner icon for Facebook just seems so very wrong.

So onwards and upwards....I wonder if I can use this for my word count?
