I grew up in a housing project in Baltimore, MD. I was a Russian translator for eight years in the military. I earned my college degree in night school while in the military. After military serviceI I attended Reformed Episcopal Seminary in Philadelphia, PA and receive an M.Div.in 1970. In 1990 I received a Doctor of Ministry degree from Erskine Theological Seminary, Due West, SC. My wife and I have been married fifty-four years and have four grown sons. I am an ordained minister in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. I retired after thirty years as a full-time pastor but have continue supply preaching each Sunday. Since retiring I have written articles, short stories, and published two books. I have completed a three novels..
