Author bio:
I have been a part of nano madness since 2007 and I love it.
This is my sixth year and hopefully my sixth win! I use Scrivener for writing my novels since my second year and it really helps.
I participate in my local forum and help to facilitate a weekly write in so I can keep up my word count through word sprints and so that I can support other local nanoers.
I also stay in touch with a select few writing buddies in other ways so that we can encourage each other and I'm a part of a local writing group that meets once a month.
I include all that info so that other writers can tell what it takes for me to get this done, and find the way that suits them. Too often it seems like people get amazing things accomplished effortlessly, and that's not usually the truth. I hope you are writing. You have a unique story to tell.
In October 2011 I published my first novel, "The Goddess of Denver," which was my first nano writing!
