Some facts about me, simple and sweet:

-I've been writing since I was five and don't intend to stop. My first-ever work of fiction? I shamelessly stole the plot of the book our Kindergarten teacher had just read to the class.

-I love cats, and cats love me -- all except for that adorable one in my profile picture. He despises you if you so much as dare to exist, and he also happens to be mine. Yes, the only cat who hates me is the only one I own.

-I'm Catholic, but I won't shove my religion into your face unless you ask me to. In return, I ask you not to blatantly mock my faith. While disagreement is welcomed, disrespect will not be tolerated.

-I don't read a lot of fantasy, but it's most of what I write. This is likely because I hate doing research, and it's easier just to invent a new world instead. This bad habit will someday catch up with me.

-Sports disinterest me. I only do taekwondo.

-Dave Barry is a genius and you need to Google him RIGHT NOW so you can read his comedy columns. I want his job someday. :)

-My little brother is exactly like me, and ironically, we don't get along.

-I don't watch a lot of TV shows because I'm very picky and I don't have a lot of time. But I do like NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Psych, references to which will often pop up in conversation.
