Author bio:

Queer, fat, geeky white Southern Lady with sparkly glasses, an Orange Cat and a Girlie Dog. My preferred pronouns are she/her or them/they, either is fine by me.

I write spec-fic but read sf/f, history, even some other stuff when it's tempting enough. I love reading about radically awesome women, queer folks, trans folks, and worlds that feel realer than the one I live in.

I believe in radical, creatively, joyful inclusivity in reading and writing. It makes books funner and opens up things I'd otherwise over look. Also, it makes me a better writer and story teller.

I've written as long as I can remember, starting with the orally told tale of the Magical Forest Unicorn Kingdom recorded by my Gran on tape when I was about five years old. It went on for six epic minutes until my little sister butted in and wanted her turn.

Sadly the fate of the unicorns remains unknown to this day. Thanks, sis.
