I wrote a lot when I was in Junior Primary and Primary school, and then a little bit in high school, mostly in the form of little humour pieces I'd pass out to other students about things like sexual affairs with light switches and the sort. A long malaise occurred for years during which I discovered playing in bands and drinking and now I'm getting back into writing again.
Winning Nano in 2010 was one of the proudest accomplishments of my life, no joke. I'm hoping to do it again this year!
