I've done NaNo for seven years and am excited for the next round! I've learned a lot; Mostly I've learned that I really love to write. I love the new worlds that appear on the page and the characters that inhabit those worlds. I'm lucky to have a supportive spouse who is encouraging me to pursue my writing, and I'm working on a major rewrite of one of my NaNo drafts to send to publishers by the end of the year.
When I'm not scribbling down ideas, I'm working out at the gym or karate class. My goal for my 50th birthday is to be buff- who says when you get older you have to look like a turnip? :::wondering if anyone has invented the low-calorie s'more:::
