I entered NaNo in 2005 under my real name and found that held me back. Who knew that most everyone else would have cool nickames? So I followed suit in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010. Nailed those 50,000 words in 30 days or less 5 times. In 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 I wrote only on some of the days. Now I'm back for a seventh go, although this year I'll be rewriting and polishing 2010's winner.
