I'm 28 years old, happily married, and the proud aunt of 5 boys and 3 little girls. My husband and I live in the heart of Arkansas where I work as a volunteer coordinator for one of my favorite charities.. I have a BS in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology, and a MS in Criminal Justice and Law.
In my spare time, I write young and new adult fiction under the name A.K. Morgen. My first complete NaNo novel, Fade (The Ragnarok Prophesies - Book One), was published by Curiosity Quills Press in September, 2012.
When not writing or working, I fundraise for nonprofits close to my heart, hike, and add movies I never watch to my Netflix queue. I have an obsession with shanking sporks and dancing, and would love to get to blow things up for a living.
