Starting fresh because there doesn't seem to be an option to change a username and what seemed a good idea in 2006 just seems really foolish now. Skysong is a dragon and Kitten is her nickname. And no, I didn't create the dragon but I love the dragon lol. Tamora Pierce created the dragon and all copyright/credit belongs to her.
Not all of my nano novels have lasted. Some did not work. They got to 50,000 words sure... but most of those words were just bad. One even contained a few songs, fully typed out, just to pad the word count. My bad.
However, the last three have and are as follows:
2008 - Citizen Montgomery. Romance. Based incredibly loosely on the movie Citizen Kane. Martha learns about her father from reading his diary after his death. Will she finally learn to love him now that it is too late?
2009 - Spirit: A Journey Of Magic. YA Fantasy. Elizabella learns that she actually has magical powers. She is transported to a strange realm, Wildedge, and must escape the Falcoarian and find a way home before it is too late.
2010 - Before Time Runs Out - YA Fantasy. Mishaelle and David are forced to play a crazy man's game as they learn more about themselves, each other, and the realm of fantasy than they ever wanted. It's not everyday that you get to stand in the foyer of Cinderella's castle.
Other not so good ideas: 2006 was a time travelling suitcase and a weird future world that had a lot of strange rules. 2007 was about a talking cat who could help children to see their dreams, to control their dreams.
