In peaceful suburban Roseville, an emasculated music-store salesman with an unusually high moral character is trying to avoid foreclosure by planning a benefit show to pay off his debt. Until one day when all he has prepared is stolen from his home. Using all his whit and leaning on his odd band friends, he tracks down the thieves and reclaims his gear only to find that he has now angered a terrorist cell and misplaced their WMD in the shuffle. But the show must go on, except now Homeland Security has frozen his assets, his HOA has him jumping through endless hoops, and the terrorists are demanding their bomb and a million dollars if he wants his girlfriend/lead -singer back in less that a thousand pieces. So he is forced to do the impossible: steal the money, find the bomb, beat the HOA, get the girl and get to the show before Homeland Security catches up with him.
