--Create a Work of Art--

For this 20 year old college student, writing has been something that has followed her throughout her few years. She started while still a child with no care in the world and no inhibitions as she drew, painted, and wrote the stories that set the building blocks for a passion. In these days, the creative process ran free, without such questions as 'what is plot', or 'would this be believable?' and she would just let her mind free. Throughout high school, this girl dived into the fascinating and social world of fanfiction, where she lingered for many of her years. Writing, art, imagination, and creativity were forgotten until something strangely inspired her and made her remember about the beautiful gift and passion she had for writing. This was a mere year ago, and writing has consumed her life on a daily basis. She has once again gotten into art, into music, and into perfecting her craft and striving to become better and better. Writing has become an outlet for her, a means to escape, a means to heal. Why is it this world does not appreciate the creative field? And is it so wrong that this girl does not care what the world thinks, but cares only for herself, the pen, and the paper?
