I realized recently that I don't consider myself a writer, even though that's half of cartooning. After deciding that's a shame, I resolved to challenge myself more concerning the prose format and am using NaNoWriMo not only as an excuse to do so.
I may not officially win because I may not reach 50k words, but if the final product is presentable, I will consider it a personal success!
