Oh, goodness, is it this time again?

For the 7th year in a row, I'll be continuing the series I started way back during the 2006 NaNoWriMo event, titled "The Pact". The first book is still being considered by DAW publishing (I just spoke with the submissions editor last week!), and this year will be the final novel in the series! I've reached the point where I must say goodbye to some of my favorite characters, but am also able to finally start bringing together some of the plot elements I have been waiting to bring to fruition since Book One. This year, I'll be deviating a little from my normal novel: I'm going to write a compilation of four novellas, told from the points of view of four important supporting characters, as the cast prepares for the final confrontation and the wrap-up of their seven-book journey.
