I've wanted to be a writer ever since I got introduced to Elizabeth Wakefield from Sweet Valley. My first story was about the different weathers fighting over who rules the sky. I'd like to believe I've become a better writer since then. ;)

I took up a computer-related course in college because my love for computers and all things technical won out over my love for the written word. Halfway through college I started missing my other love, so I joined NaNoWriMo. I lost on my first year, but my win on the second year got me wanting to do it again...and again...and again.

I'm far from being a professional writer, and I feel like I'm far from having a novel published anytime soon, but NaNoWriMo is so fun, I can't help but go back every year. This year, I'm hoping to write a novel that I don't want to bury in my hard drive after November is done. :P
