Author bio:
Tom M. Surname is a wonderfully sarcastic young thing who is, despite the username, of the female persuasion. Having previously written nothing but large quantities of rather horrific fanfiction, she strongly suspects that her finished novel will, somewhere, contain "Is it gud? Please R&R," despite her best efforts to stamp out such rubbish.
She intends to continue her time-honored tradition of, when thoroughly behind, throwing in random chunks of schoolwork. As such, she advises her readers that, if the long strings of algebra problems seem to have no bearing on the scene, she was having a Very Bad Day whilst writing that scene and is to be pitied.
