Synopsis
Caroline Tays is a quiet girl, a little peculiar at times, but nobody usually thinks twice about it because everybody has their little quirks. Nobody would ever guess that she harbors additional souls within her body, full-fledged other people with their own views and interpretations of the world. As their influence grows, the body reflects the shift by physically shapeshifting into the other person's form. A strange power, yes, but not inherently lethal by any means. After all, it allows her to communicate with her best friend, Kyria, who originates from another world.
However, Caroline lives in a world where any display of supernatural power is outlawed, for the safety of all citizens, and is supposedly approached with lethal force. When another soul joins Caroline and Kyria, the careful system of hiding from the Special Tasks Force that they constructed is unbalanced and soon they are on the run, though they never expected the chase to lead them into another world...
