As a very young adult I enjoyed reading Margaret Atwood and Margaret Laurence. I dreamed of being such a writer some day. A lot of real life (?) got in the way, but I've re-discovered reading and am enjoying fantasy. Last year, my third, I succeeded at meeting the 50,000 word goal, and I'm very eager to repeat that this year! I'm amazed at what can be accomplished in November!
