I'm an author and publisher involved in various parts of the publishing industry for thirty years, sometimes in periodicals, in technology, and most recently publishing books. I majored in theatrical design in my undergrad and graduate work and then switched my career to writing and publishing. In the past eight years, I won NaNo ten times, many of them blogged. Since last Halloween, I've written half a million words, including finishing four novels. Links to the public drafts are in my profile at http://tinyurl.com/yabcvno. My fourth published novel came out in August: "For Money or Mayhem." All four were written during various NaNoWriMos: "For Blood or Money," "Steven George & The Dragon," and "The Gutenberg Rubric." I host the Seattle Region kick-off called HalloNaNoWeen.
