Author bio:
I am a single mother of five, grandmother of two and i am not 40 till next year. I have degrees in History and Library and Information Studies plus I am about to complete a degree in Literature. I love writing, reading, dancing and spending time with my kids.
I have been working in a career where the glass ceiling is clearly and firmly hammered closed by insecure managers so I need to find my creative outlet elsewhere. I write sci-fi, horror and history based stories plus poetry. NaNoWriMo is my way of testing how disciplined I can be. Really excited to get started and see how I am going to fit it in to my busy schedule of working full time, looking after my three kids left at home and studying for my degree. I like a challenge.
This is my first time at NaNoWriMo. Don't really know what to expect.
