Synopsis
The sequel to my first NaNoWriMo, A New Adventure. After the events of the previous novel, life for the characters begins to settle into dull normality once again. Some characters are content with this, like Diane, who's still trying to hide her trauma, and the everlastingly humorless Jimmy, ones like Terrence and Darren are becoming restless with their boring lives, and others are nervous that the events will happen once again. They soon figure out that their normal lives don't quite last when some of their companions become trapped in the other world. As panic ensues throughout the world figuring out a way to get them out, trust begins to strink between the remaining team. Kevin still refuses to explain the events in the dark ocean. Diane refuses to get involved. Darren slowly begins to show signs of sinister intentions. And the few hints that they have lead to a mysterious young European girl. What leads to the answers, and does the team even want to know them?
