Author bio:

Nothing impressive. Studied secretarial. Worked for 12 years as a secretary, receptionist, admin officer, bookkeeper, rentals agent, dance teacher and whatever other I job I found until the companies folded (14 out 16). Got fed up. Did a magazine journalism course. Quit my job and moved in with my mom. Used the internet to explore writing avenues and teach myself. Discovered my niche as script/screenplay writer and novelist although I haven't completed one yet. Since last year August I'm a part-time script writer for a Christian Lifestyle program called Heartbeat, commissioned by Radio Pulpit and produced by Studio Plus. I've also completed a screenplay about a South African hero, Wolraad Woltemade, as well as a documentary about him. The latter is in it's pre-development stages. In between I've helped a friend with his scriptment for his movie, "Chasers", which is currently being looked at by producers in L.A. and I've edited a screenplay of a short-film, "Finding Joy," for another friend whose movie is now being sponsored by M-Net's Mzanzi. Casting starts this month. Regardless of many commitments I have decided it's time to finish that first, virgin novel! So, here I am.
