Last Chance Write-In - We will meet at Atlanta Bread company on University Drive in Huntsville at 6 pm (5:30 if you want to eat dinner) Please come get your coffee and some other goodie from ABC and finish up your NaNo Novel.

If you have been on the forums you will have notice the Halos around some of our fellow Wrimos. the Halos are given to those that have made a small donation to NaNoWriMo to help in their nonprofit work with schools and the youth writing program. First Write-In at the Huntsville Madison County Public Library is well attended. We have 6 brand new Wrimos attending tonight and a few more that attended the Kick-Off Party last month. I hope that everyone has had a great week and looking forward to week 2. Keep up the good work!!

Ready, start, GO!! I hope that everyone is ready for a fun filled month. So come midnight throw your red pen away and just write, write, write. Before you know it, a novel will appear before you. Good luck to everyone. We'll see you Monday the 7th at the library if not sooner.

We have some wonderful plans for this year and hope that everyone will have a chance to paqrticipate. Please introduce yourself so we may all get to know one another. Some have already done so before the site launch, you may repost or maybe we'll find a way to transfer the whole thread.

Check out our Google calendar to see the many writing and social events we’ve planned for you. Once again the Huntsville-Madison County Library is partnering with us for write-ins on Monday nights. A bit THANK YOU goes out to them.

Also, we have been contacted by the Montgomery ML regarding some challenges. One being a donation challenge for statewide bragging rights. We'll have more on that soon.
