It's November 26th! You know what that means! Yes, that's right - we have four (count them - FOUR!) days until NaNo ends!

Keep in mind that you have to get your novels validated by November 30th at midnight local time to win NaNo. Those of you who keep writing and don't think about plugging your novels in to the word counter should definitely make a point of doing this when you reach that 50,000 mark! You can always add to your word count after you've validated!

Keep writing, everyone! It's definitely enough time to reach that goal, and we're pressing on to win NaNo!

The Pajama Party was a huge success! We had a load of people show up and had a GREAT time! Thanks for making it awesome.

I know it's scary to think about, but we need to start planning our TGIO party. Check out the stickied TGIO party thread and give us your input! We wanna get dates and times set ASAP!

We'd like to give a huge THANK YOU to the Smoky Mountain Romance Writers for hosting an AWESOME write-in this evening at Panera! I personally made out like a bandit - both in prizes and in words written - and I'm so glad I got to go!

Thank you again, SMRW for hosting the write-in! It was a lot of fun, and I definitely urge everyone to check out the group and see if it might be a nice fit for you as a writer!

The Smoky Mountain Romance Writers group is hosting a Write-In at the Bearden Panera on Friday, Nov 11 from 5:30-9:30 pm. They'll have prizes and word wars, and it should be a great time! All genres welcome.
