Sorry everyone! I feel like the worst ML ever. =( Don't you just love how last minute things come up that take you away from what you swore you'd never be taken from? That said, we are still going to have our TGIO party. So, don't forget! It will be this Saturday at Sheri's! Again, there will be pie and awesome people. And don't forget, whether you've finished your novel or not, print out a page of what you do have and bring it so we can read what we've all been working on for the last month!

Due to extenuating circumstances, the Friday, November 25th write-ins will both be cancelled. I'm sorry about the short notice, and I wish I could make it up to you guys. The Saturday, November 26th write-in is still on though. It will be the last write-in of November, so I hope to see everyone there. =)

The Kick-off Party rocked my socks off! Which makes me very excited for the write-ins. Speaking of which, next Saturday, November 5th will be our first write in. There will be plot bunnies to be won, so come with your fingers stretched out and ready to type like crazy! Competition will be fierce! I also have a gargantuan amount of candy left over from the Kick-off (it wasn't just for me), so there will be lots of sugar to keep you energized.

Hey! We've got a ton of awesome people introducing themselves in the Roll Call thread and I couldn't be more pumped! If you've taken a look at the calendar you know that I've got some stuff planned, but not a whole heck of a lot. Mostly that's because I have a serious lack of places to meet. I don't mind meeting at Coffee Perk for all of our events, but depending on how things work out, they might. Maybe. Anyway, I had a point. And that point is that if you have any suggestions, drop me a NaNo-Mail or maybe I'll start a thread... Anyway, leave the suggestions, and when I'm in town on the 29th I'll check 'em out and see how write-in friendly they are. Thanks so much!
P.s. I should be able to send a mass e-mail... someday. So, in the next two weeks, be checking for that. I'll probably leave something in here about it too. ^_^

Welcome! First of all, everyone should introduce themselves in the "Roll Call" thread as well as meet those who already have. We've got some pretty awesome people in our region, if I do say so myself.
Also, we have a calendar! Yay! Um, it's still pretty bare, but that will change here pretty soon..ish. You'll notice that the first event is our Kick-off Party! =D Everyone should come to that. We'll have an uber fantastic time talking about what we're planning to write, why we're crazy enough to try something like this, and so on. Also, if you don't feel comfortable meeting internet people alone, bring someone with you! Guests are totally welcome to all of our gatherings, especially if you're trying to bring them over to the dark side... I mean... the enlightened side of creation. =)
