I know there are a million websites for keeping in touch with people and I hate it when I hear, "Join this site! We can send each other messages!" But Twitter, I think is pretty cool. Because the messages you get are text messages. Oh, how I love text messages.
There was a news post about it, but I think it was before the 2007 launch and now it's gone. In any case, if you sign up you can follow me! And also that Chris guy, who runs NaNo or something. ;)
Anyway, I think it's neat and I promise that I won't spam you with TMI or much non-NaNo related stuff. This Twitter name will be for "Don't forget, write-in today at B&N!" or "Just hit 20K! Woot!" type messages.
