The time has come to plan a date for our wonderful Kick Off Party!
For those of you new to Nanowrimo, this is a "get to know you / get psyched" event where I hand out free stuff, we all meet each other, and we share ideas for surviving through the next month. It's usually tons of fun.
In terms of dates, I present a few options :
OPTION #1 - The weekend of October 26-28. We could do Friday afternoon, Saturday Afternoon, Sunday Afternoon...or a night if you want to be adventurous.
OPTION #2 - Monday Night October 29th
OPTION #3 - The day of November 1st (Nano will have started, but we can hold a Kick-Off Write-in).
Our Kick-Off will most likely be at the Caribou on West Franklin Street (Across from Granville Towers, near the Ben and Jerry's).

Option number 1 is my preference! It's a toss-up as to whether I can attend. I'm in the hospital and would have to obtain all sorts of medical permissions. But hopefully I can be there! :D
