I am really eager to start Nano... There's just a few things I need to flesh out... Like, a name for my main character. :P Am I the only one who has difficulty shaking off the eagerness?

I am SO excited. A little nervous, because I still have tons of research to do and very little time in which to do it. (I know we have a month, but I have Halloween to prepare for also and that's taking up a lot of time.)

I'm excited about Halloween, I'm excited about the NaNo events and stuff we have planned and I'm excited about my novel. I am giddy with anticipation about 90% of the time.

I'm terribly excited about getting started, and quite nervous as well. Not only do I have midterms this month, as well as keeping up with my children's school activities and the upcoming Halloween celebrations, I also have an 8-12 page book report due November 21st. Yep, smack in the middle of NNWM! Fun. I hope to maybe find my mind, since I lost it years ago.

So, I'm sitting here mostly wishing away the entire month of October while trying to remind myself to be mindful and enjoy this month in its own right.

Man, are you kidding me? I don't even have time to procrastinate. School, work (they're running me ragged), NaNo ML super-secret prep work, my brother's wedding on Halloween. I need a vacation. Also, this will probably be the last somewhat lengthy post I write for the next fews days. I cut some skin off the pad of my finger at work today. It hurts like a.. well it hurts a lot and makes typing a nasty task. So I'm going to let me finger heal up for super typing coming up in November.
Also way way excited. I have a story, a plot, and an MC with a name!

Brimming with excitement. I am trying a totally different type of story. I always borrow my main names from my family it keeps them supportive. Failing that I work in a customer care call center which means I am exposed to interesting names every day. Email spammers always have interesting names.

I'm excited about 50% of the time, usually between things when I'm thinking about NaNo.
I have a main character w/o a name and the beginnings of a plot, but that's about it so far.
I've been meaning to do some writing to get warmed up for NaNo, but I just haven't been able to make myself do it...But, then again, maybe I need NaNo to get me jump-started. I guess we'll see as of November 1. ; )

I find I am only a little excited this year, but I think that is because a lot of stressfull things have hit me in the last month & nano has been pushed out of my mind. And I still don't have a title for my novel...

I'm really jazzed about November and NANOWRIMO. The way I've felt at the end of the last couple when I made my goals, was exhilarating. However, the procrastination part is coming in because I don't know which idea to use to write this year. Since they say you're technically suppose to do a new thing at least as far as writing 50,000 new words, I feel like I need to choose one of my store of ideas and go that way. But which one??? The previous projects are pretty close to being done on their first drafts so sticking 50,000 more words in them is not something I need to do.... ;O The good thing is all my MC have names in any of the ideas because that's something I have to get out of the way when I start writing. Yes, I'm strange.

The one thing I'm really excited about this year though, is that I've met a festive group of people and that's gonna make all the difference in the world. So yeah, I'm brimming and procrastinating... =^_^=

I'm somewhere in the middle. I'm sure I'll be excited soon, after some recovery time after the last several weeks of relentless whirlwind. I love my life, but I'm having a hard time keeping up!

I forgot I have to choose names and stuff. heh. Guess I'd better start thinking!

My main character has a name - it's mine. The first name, anyway. Yes, it fits her, and no, I'm not projecting ...

And I am incredibly incredibly eager to start. The ideas are attacking me from all sides - will I be able to hold on to them till Nov. 1? I sure hope so.

LOL brimming with... something. My character file got corrupted. So much for the 42 characters I had. I have the ones I need from memory. I simply need to start collecting names again.

So far, like numlocke, I've not thought much of my novel...I know how it'll start, but that's about it.
But I know what he's thinking about. ^_^
Keep in there, guys 'n' girls!

I'm excited!!! It just clicked in my head two days ago that it was almost November (I know, I know) and thus almost Nano time (I know, I know) and I have a full storyline, most of a plot, as well as some research already done - so I'm DEFINITELY brimming with excitement.

I'm off to make a banner, and outline my full plot.

Excited, excited!
