What objects do you plan to keep with you when you work on your NaNovel this year?
I have a maroon beret that I wear when I write (it makes me feel sophisticated and artsy), and a small picture frame "window" that I keep with me to remind me that I only need to look at very small segments of my novel's world at once - an idea I believe I borrowed from Anne Lamott. I also have a "studio mug" at home - a tea mug that I purchased to use only when I'm working on writing or crafting.
Now I just need to *find* my writing trinkets - I moved in September and still have 8 or so boxes that haven't been completely unpacked...

I'm doing the fingerless gloves thing, and I got the "Can't Talk, Noveling" mug, which I love. And I want to find some kind of little stuffed animal or something to be my "mascot," but I haven't found one yet.
