Hi Elizabeth!!

Newtown's not far from me..I'm at Glenvale :-)

Have you done NaNoWriMo before??
I tried last year but didn't finish....this time I hope too,
mind you, I'm starting with NO plot, No characters, NOT even a genre!!!
How about you? All set to start in about 3 1/2hrs?!?!?!?

Perhaps we should try & get together mid-month for mutual support (or hair-tearing)
depending on how things are going *lol*

Feel free to reach me at cas60cas@hotmail.com via email or msn if you need consoling encouragement etc etc!!

Good luck! And may your fingerpads get calluses from the many words written!

Carole

Well, I live down the range halfway between Toowoomba and Brisbane, at Laidley and as yet can find NOONE to talk to - well i could go brissie forum but i did all my uni up at Toowoomba and fondly remember last year trying to do uni and work and nano all at the same time. Needless to say last year i didn't complete but here's hoping i might this time around... Hooping i may get hardened fingertips but no calluses i doubt all my patients would like a nurse touching them with callused fingers... lol

Hope you guys are going well with it... let me know and good luck!

Cheers Roses

Just popping in to say hello Elizabeth & Rose!
You guys are doing great with your word count!
Hard to believe we've been at this for almost a week,
I've already hit a brick wall, what feels like 1/2 dozen
times, but interspersed with dribble is a few decent sentences
*lol*

How do you feel about getting together during the month or
when we've finished?
If interested, feel freet o contact me directly at
cas60cas@hotmail.com

Keep those finger tapping!

Carole

p.s. I'm a nurse too Rose, so I know what you mean about pts not
liking nurses with calluses *lol*

Wow, this has taken me a while to reply to. Anyway, I've done this twice before and won it once, but I have high hopes for this year! Hoping to hit 40k sometime this weekend.

Anyway, I am sadly not a nurse like you guys, I'm only 16, but both of my parent's are! Pretty weird, huh?

I think it would be fun to get together sometime, but I don't think I'd be allowed to meet random strangers from the internet, especially as there's only two of you guys.

I'm writing romance, but set in a futuristic (though different dimensional) universe. What about you guys?

Elizabeth
